True Food Kitchen launches True Insider loyalty program

True Insider program to reward chain’s most loyal guests

Now, there’s one more reason to love True Food Kitchen. The Phoenix, Ariz.-based casual-dining chain, which has DMV locations in Mosaic, Falls Church, Va. and Bethesda Row, Md., launched a new loyalty program and mobile app. True Insider is built on a platform provided by Thanx and powered by ondemand digital ordering provider Olo, announced the chain. Some of the great features of the new app is that it allows True Food Kitchen’s guests to make reservations, order and pay online, manage their account, and redeem rewards at any True Food location.

For guests that love cocktail workshops, gardening classes and nutrition seminars, the Bronze level of the new, tiered loyalty program at True Food Kitchen is for them. Bronze, the beginner level, offers invitations to such events, a welcome offer of $10 off of a $25 purchase and a free birthday dessert.

Added the announcement, “The program’s Silver and Gold Tiers, achieved after spending $500 and $1500 respectively, provide members with even richer rewards including preview tastings of new seasonal menu changes, lifestyle merchandise from ShopTrueFoodKitchen.com, priority seating and complimentary dishes and beverages.” Also, some of True Food Kitchen’s most loyal customers will benefit from personal invites to intimate chef tastings.

“True Insider is more than a loyalty platform, it’s a brand engagement program that will allow True Food Kitchen to provide more personalized, customized, exclusive and even unexpected perks that will make our brand more memorable for our loyal guests,” said Christine Barone, chief executive of True Food Kitchen, in the announcement.

To join the True Insider program, download the free mobile app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play store; text TFK to 43618; or visit the True Insider signup page. True Food Kitchen will also select a winner from new loyalty members who join by May 19, 2019. One lucky winner will receive True Food Kitchen food for a year, and 100 others will win a $50 gift card. The chain will announce the winners on June 1.

True Food Kitchen operates 27 restaurants in 12 states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Later this year, the chain will open restaurants in Louisiana and Nevada. Locally, True Food Kitchen is opening Virginia restaurants in Ballston Quarter, Arlington in May, and in Reston Town Center in 2020.
