Pizzeria Paradiso Spring Fest Beer Festival June 8

Hyattsville restaurant readies spring family-friendly event

The 2019 Pizzeria Paradiso Spring Fest Beer Festival will be held June 8. The local, award-winning pizzeria chain will host the event at its Hyattsville restaurant. Pizzeria Paradiso will feature pizza, art, games, and a DJ. During the event, there will be beers available from a variety of local breweries. RAR, Right Proper, Stone Brewing, and Heavy Seas are just some of the featured breweries.

Drew McCormick, beverage director for Pizzeria Paradiso, will be on hand. She’ll be preparing beer slushies that are just right for the season. The event is a family-friendly affair, with arts activities scheduled for children. Children ages 4 to 8 will have access to a Japanese Windsock class with pre-registration at https://www.artworksnow.org/spring-fest. The arts class is hosted by ArtWorksNow, a local, non-profit partner.
