Amenity-rich condos set to open this fall near McLean Metro
Construction is underway for The Bexley Condominiums arriving in Tysons this fall, just a few blocks from the McLean Metro Station on the Silver Line. The new luxury condos are located centrally in the Tysons East area, with quick access to I-495, Route 7 and the Dulles Connector. Shopping will be minutes away at Tysons Corner and the Tysons Galleria Mall.
The residences range in price from 600K to $1M. The homes will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and be sold by NV Homes. A clubroom lounge, galley kitchen and on-site fitness center will make The Bexley community seem more like a retreat.
The Bexley Condominiums will join other luxury residences that are expected to deliver when the Scotts Run Project is built in the same Tysons East neighborhood, adjacent to McLean Metro. An expansive development brings a new hotel, Wegmans grocery store and a new multifamily residential building purchased by Skanska.
Abutting Dolley Madison Boulevard, Scotts Run is sure to develop into a prominent, walkable neighborhood, similar to The Boro. The Boro is anchored by a Whole Foods grocery store and Showcase Icon Theater, and is steps from the Greensboro Metro Station.
Expect the The Bexley condo units to have “expansive windows,” plenty of living space and garage parking. The light-filled units feature island kitchens with quartz waterfall counter tops, fashionable pendant lighting, and Wi-Fi enabled LG appliances. An owner’s spa bathroom includes over-sized wall tile, frameless glass shower door and dual vanities. The luxury condo residences will span up to 2,000 square feet.
