DC Brau hosts Hopfest 2020 at Bladensberg Road brewery

Craft beer event benefits local-brewery ecosystem

Washington, D.C. ‘s Hopfest 2020 Brewing event at DC Brau Brewing Company is just around the corner. DC Brau will host the popular brewing event March 14 at its brewery on Bladensberg Road. The event is designed to benefit local breweries via the DC Brewers’ Guild. General admission tickets for $50 go on sale February 1. Hopefest 2020 early bird tickets offer a 10 percent discount on the general admission price and are discontinued after January 31.

Hopfest 2020 brings together several breweries in the DMV for a unique craft beer celebration. In addition to the beer sampling from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., organizers plan to have food trucks on the grounds for quick bites. Music and games will also be “on tap.” Plus, brewers will offer special craft brews, “hop-forward” varieties and one-off brews prepared exclusively for this event.

General admission ticket holders also receive a complimentary DC Brewers’ Guild tasting glass. Here are the breweries:
