The Chiko After Dark Series returns in October with a pop-up style experience, featuring Slim Jim. The Chinese-Korean Slim Jim experience await adventurous diners in the Washington, D.C. area. The one-night October After Dark event will take place October 26 and is a tribute to Co-Owner and Chef Scott Drewno’s love for Slim Jim. Kevin Tien of Himitsu to open new Capitol Hill restaurant with Dim-Sum style

One of the biggest names in Washington, D.C. will be opening a new restaurant in Capitol Hill. Kevin Tien, executive chef and co-owner of Himitsu, a James Beard finalist chef and Food and Wine’s Best New Chef in 2018, will help open Emilie’s, a new restaurant with 3,313 square-feet of space at the Penn Eleven condominium building… Sam Shoja and partner Arris Noble, will help spearhead the venture.
