Kevin Tien of Himitsu to open new Capitol Hill restaurant with Dim-Sum style

One of the biggest names in Washington, D.C. will be opening a new restaurant in Capitol Hill. Kevin Tien, executive chef and co-owner of Himitsu, a James Beard finalist chef and Food and Wine’s Best New Chef in 2018, will help open Emilie’s, a new restaurant with 3,313 square-feet of space at the Penn Eleven condominium building… Sam Shoja and partner Arris Noble, will help spearhead the venture. Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Dimitri Moshovitis—the same three innovators who founded the CAVA and Cava Mezze concepts—are launching Julii.
