MetroCooking D.C. adds Jacques Pepin, Bethenny Frankel to all-star lineup

MetroCooking D.C. has added additional household names to the show’s all-star llineup Dece,ber 1-2. Chef Jacques Pépin will make his appearance at the December event. Bethenny Frankel will also join MetroCooking D.C.. She is a lifestyle maven and entrepreneur. Pépin is a French-born chef, author and TV personality. A new Holiday Gingerbread House Competition will be featured.

Kevin Tien of Himitsu to open new Capitol Hill restaurant with Dim-Sum style

One of the biggest names in Washington, D.C. will be opening a new restaurant in Capitol Hill. Kevin Tien, executive chef and co-owner of Himitsu, a James Beard finalist chef and Food and Wine’s Best New Chef in 2018, will help open Emilie’s, a new restaurant with 3,313 square-feet of space at the Penn Eleven condominium building… Sam Shoja and partner Arris Noble, will help spearhead the venture. Tien’s role in bringing unique, Japanese-inspired cuisine to Himitsu.
